I want to give each order the care that I would give to any of my plants. If your order is incorrect, late, or the item arrived defective, please let me know by contacting me. I will work to make things right.

Digital orders should arrive fairly quickly. If you don’t see your download(s) within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. Some email clients are vastly more aggressive at filtering than others.

For physical orders, claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 business days of product receipt. You should hold onto the unused item for further instruction, if a claim is made.

If your package has been lost in transit, a claim should also be made within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date.

If a wrong or insufficient shipping address is entered, I will have to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned, as a small hobby business unfortunately.

Please be sure to carefully enter and double check your address when placing your order, so that this doesn’t have to happen.

If you need to cancel an order please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, it is impossible to cancel.
